The 2009 Sarantos Sauvignon Blanc is a pale straw colour with lime hues. The nose is intense with aromas of passionfruit, gooseberry and some hints of mint and herbs. The palate shows ripe tropical flavour, with good mid palate sweetness and lingering passionfruit. The wine is medium bodied and finishes long and crisp.
Sarantos Sauvignon Blanc is amazing with Asian spiced seafood or chicken dishes including Thai Salmon.
