The 2010 Pinot Gris is a pale light lemon colour and the nose displays exotic, zesty yet rich aromatic's. The palate shows creamy orange and honeysuckle flavours. A slight sweetness is balanced with a fresh long lemon lime crisp finish.
Best enjoyed on release, this 2010 Pinot Gris is an excellent match with King prawns, grilled quail with pears and sushi.
